My festival date has been postponed?
For the safety of our customers and staff we have postponed events taking place between March and May 2020. We have now extended this further to August 2020. No events have been cancelled, only postponed. While we are working tirelessly to get a new date for each event, some venues are currently closed, and therefore there are no staff to discuss new dates with. Your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date, and we will be in touch with further information as soon as we are able.
What if I’m unable to make the new date?
Needless to say, we very much hope you’ll be able to join us, and as an industry its safe to say we will need your support more than ever. However, if you’re unable to make the date we will send a list of alternative venues and dates which we can therefore transfer your booking to including 2021 – at no additional cost to you avoiding any cost increases due to take place in 2021.
Events after August 2020?
As it stands, we are awaiting further information from the Government, so events scheduled after this date are scheduled to take place normally. However, please rest assured that these events will only take place if deemed safe by Governing bodies to do so. We will be in touch closer to the date of these events. Our standard terms and conditions therefore apply.
The safety of our customers and staff has always been, and continues to be our number 1 priority. Please rest assured that events will only take place when its safe for them to do so, and all guidelines relevant to this will be followed, with full risk assessments and measures in place.
